Rayce is an entrepreneur and educator who specializes in business intelligence and analytics. A proud Temple University graduate who received his MBA from St. Joseph’s University, Rayce is a faculty professor at Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication. In 2009, Rayce founded Grow Small Analytics, Inc., an accounting and analytics company with offices in Philadelphia and The Dominican Republic. He is an avid reader and former Pennsylvania state chess champion. In 2012, Rayce published his first book, Good Businesses Grow Small, which explores the idea of how businesses can use data to build meaningful one-on-one relationships with customers. Rayce is married to his wife, Hannah, and they have two children, and share a love for entrepreneurship, travel, investing, and fitness.
