The worship team is a dynamic group of worshippers, covering all voice ranges and styles. Completed with wonderful musicians, they make it their aim to step on the stage as “one heart” and “one voice” before the congregation. Someone has rightfully compared a worship team to the surgical specialists whose task is to open the rib cage before the surgeon conducts open heart surgery. Thus, the worship team’s task is to get the heart exposed and prepared before the Word of God is taught.
